Through the contact form: first and last name, email address, phone number, country and, depending on your enquiry, the dates of your stay, the number of adults and children and the children’s ages, the room type, the treatment you would like or the details of your event, and your message. The same data if you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us.
Allergies and intolerances. If you tell us about a food allergy or intolerance, this information concerns your health: we use it only to plan the meals during your stay, with your explicit
Technical data. Like any website, the server automatically records some technical data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), which is needed for the site to work and to stay

How long we keep it
- Enquiries sent through the form: deleted automatically after 24 months; the IP address recorded with the enquiry, after 30 days.
- Data about your stay: for the periods required by tax and accounting
rules. - Consent to receive offers and news: until you withdraw it.
- Website security log: 30 days.
- Google Analytics statistics, if you accepted them: 14 months at most; the Google Analytics cookies expire after 2 years.
